You can safely turn the clock hands forward. When turning them past the mid day mark hold on till your antique clock is done with sounding the hour chime before going on.
* If the clock gains or loses time modify the length of the pendulum.
Increment the length to lessen the clocks speed. Trim back the pendulum length to make the clock go faster.
